I mean, I've got that. Done that aplenty over the years...this one's going on a decade and we're kinda stuck with one another...but I was "super single" for a long time and it's just a hell of a lot of work to meet someone and spend time with them only to walk away after six months...or more. Sometimes you just need to get laid, and if you don't you start acting stupider than usual about girls.

Girls like a quick hookup too, but nowhere near the same level. I really had hopes that Tinder would actually be there for those moments. It's not. My happiest was with someone long term, but I'll be damned if there weren't a thousand nights of being single where a little touch would have made everything ok and you just can't get it without a fight.
