Recipe:
Easy Cheese & Baked Bean Toastie
Here's what you will need:
2 slices of bread
Baked Beans
Red Leicester/Cheddar cheese
Method:
1) Place two triangular slices of red leicester or cheddar cheese on a slice of bread
2) Place a couple of teaspoons of baked beans on top of the cheese
3) Close the sandwich and place in the toastie machine
4) Cook for 3-5 minutes
5) Cut in half and enjoy!
Full English Breakfast Bunnychow
Here’s what you will need:
Loaf of bread
Bacon Sausages
Black Pudding Tomato
Baked Beans
Mushrooms
Egg
Oil (for frying)
Method:
1) Cut one quarter off of a large loaf of bread and hollow the quarter out.
2) Fry or oven cook the bacon, sausages, black pudding, tomato and mushrooms.
3) Stuff ingredients inside hollowed out loaf.
4) Cook the baked beans and fry the egg, placing on top of the rest of the ingredients in the loaf.
5) Enjoy!
Full English Breakfast Cups
INGREDIENTS
12 hash browns (defrosted)
1 can of baked beans
3 sausages (cooked to your taste, chopped)
3 rashers (cooked to your taste, chopped)
5 eggs
50ml milk
100 grams grated cheddar
5 grams finely chopped parsley
Pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
Place a defrosted hashbrown in each case of a muffin tin, and smush them down to form a base.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Place 1 tablespoon of baked beans on top of each cooked hash brown, followed by a few
pieces of sausages and bacon.
Beat the eggs and milk together in a measuring jug and pour some into each cup, being careful not to overfill.
Top with grated cheese, parsley, and pepper.
Enjoy!
Sausage And Egg Breakfast Muffins (Servings: 3-6)
INGREDIENTS
6 eggs 100ml
milk 2 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper, to taste
100g spinach
2-4 cooked sausages
100g grated cheese
Tomato relish, to garnish
PREPARATION
Whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Mix in the spinach.
Pour mixture into lightly oiled muffin tin, adding as much chopped cooked sausage and cheese as desired.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
