Thinking of striking out on my own, all on my own. What’re some things I should think of that I haven’t yet?

Went out on my own a year ago for the first time. Work loads are basically only feast and famine. You can never spread it evenly. You are gonna rip your hair our for 3 weeks, then be off for 4 days. Work always comes

Are you gonna be an S corp? LLC?

The amount of paper work you have to file with country and state to be legitimate in the eyes of everyone will drive you insane.

Sales tax is due every month

Book keeping and accounting are different, you cant pay cpa prices for a job that normally costs $18/hr.

You will always be chasing and prying money out of peoples hands. I dont care what anyone else says about that.

Fuck net30 and net60. Thats all for now
