[Build Help] $750 to spend on computer and monitor. First build, need help picking parts.

Just to warn you, this build is $50 over budget, but I really tried for quality here instead of sticking strictly to your price point. I feel this build justifies it in its clesr upgrade path and hitting your key point. You said you wanted to stream League. So for League, you don't need a super too of the line GPU, and 280 will certainly be enough. Streaming, however, is murder to a CPU so you're going to need a good one. The i5 4690K will be optimal for many more years and a little overclocking will help tons. Before anyone says it, YES you can overclock an H81.
