[Build Help] Have a build, a bit over my budget ($2400) and need gpu / monitor advice.

It's not the best time to be spending a lot of money on a monitor and GPU's, there will be new models available in ~2 months. I'd do something like this for now and upgrade later on without losing too much money. You don't need a water cooler for the 4790k.
