If you're just looking for a gaming rig, you don't need an i7. If you're not getting an unlocked CPU, you don't need to spend a lot of a motherboard. I kept to your red/black theme, but got you faster RAM, a faster SSD, a better HDD, a better GPU, a better PSU, and kept your wireless adapter and keyboard:
