Burned by Atomic Filament

It's one problem that their "light grey" is darker that other "grey" and and of course WAY darker than any "light grey" I have used elsewhere but it's a completely different problem that their light grey looks nothing like what's advertised online. Telling me that it's my monitor or to "go look at it under sunlight" are bullshit. Guess what, I have used 3 different screens and two televisions to view their listing and it looks nothing like the item I received, used under the all glorious sunlight. This isn't a problem of perception, this is an obvious error. Even my five year old can recognize one of these doesn't look like the other.

It's the customer service that pissed me off.

In the end, I'm not going to pay to ship it back for a refund that was finally offered. I would have shipped it back for a replacement of an actual light grey that I need for a customer order. At this point, I get enough orders for grey (right behind black and white) that I will put it to use and buy my light grey from someone else.

I get the same quality from two other US based companies that offer free shipping and have cheaper prices as well as a vastly larger selection of materials. I don't see how they can afford to treat people like idiots with that kind of competition.
