But for video. Utah police call burning trash in a barrel arson to break into man's home, sic K9 on him while he is sitting with hands up and the dog rips his face up

Cops are people too.

Disagree, but i'm listening. (I comment as i read.)

Just because a lot of them are corrupt doesn't mean they have to die as well.

It's absolutely the last solution, i agree, but it's the only option left. Most of the country absolutely refuses to hold cops accountable for their actions outside a shitstorm of public attention, and even then they seem to walk away from their murders without issue. Cops need to know there are consequences; not only to the people they brutalize, not only to the taxpayer, but especially to them personally. That's what's wrong with the cops in the US: they have no fear of consequences for their actions.

If the system, the government, isn't going to do anything about it then there's only one logical step left; though it's not a step i'm going to take myself.

I'm curious: did you also argue against the Arab Spring?

"Wow if I was that cop and the guy didnt stand up after I told him to I'd fucking whip out my pistol and double-tap his brains out" That's how ridiculous you sound to me.

Fair enough, but only evil can stop evil. Your quote is exactly how cops behave, with no regard for human life, and if someone had this attitude toward a cop i wouldn't mind one bit. They chose that life, a stunned civilian sitting on his couch with no idea why you're in his house didn't. Cops are nearly always the aggressors, and are almost always the ones who escalate to violence. They need to be shown this is not okay.

You are going to think that what you say isn't even close to that but you have to realize it is.

No. I don't necessarily disagree. I'm not advocating for this in any way shape or form (outside of flippant non-serious remarks), but i don't see any other logical solution. Laws are being created that actually expand a cop's powers, and the Supreme Court is making rulings along those same lines. They are, quite simply, all but immune to prosecution for their crimes.

This is not okay.
