CA emission standards set to change?

In short, yes. I'm aware of how government works, and again I'll reiterate from the article that CA has a waiver given by the feds, which can be taken away. This is a project car subreddit, so I was hoping this would interest people and spark an intelligent conversation about how this could change what cars we in California will get to work on as such. Obviously new cars, but maybe and hopefully older cars and imports will be easier to own and drive. Yet you started by insulting me and saying this is nothing more than political posturing. I know the current presidency is a divisive issue and I don't give a fuck about politics, I care more about cars. As far as vehicles being built to CA standards, it will probably make for cheaper production if this goes through, as its really all about emissions here in California. If you want to talk about the environmental aspects of it great, then do so. But here we are, a conversation you have devolved into a knowledge about politics pissing contest. You must be one of those people who just like to argue on the internet.
