Not to be rude, but could you explain to me stance?

Curious to what others think I'm saying. I'm beginning to think I might be explaining it wrong.

How many suburban kids you know have a hook up for illegal guns? They were able to do this sort of thing due to the laws we have in place. The act is irrational the way they got the firepower was not. It was easy and almost effortless due to laws in place. Make it harder to get, itll be harder to do in many of these cases, while also allowing gun enthusiasts and preppers the ability to keep doing what they do as well.

I'll admit my ammo idea is a bit too much, after a long long day of debating this idea I'm beginning to see that as not as much of an issue. But there should still be a cap on how much you can buy at a time per year. No reasons for having 10thousand rounds for 2 pistols. A few boxes a year isnt bad at all.
