.. that indeed "bounty hunting" can be started if there are people with too much money have access to (annoying) FB and do post a number high enough that most people during their current lifetime will not be able to get a nano-part of. //question is, do we need even this nano-part. still. it's a disturbing high number to do something that most people world-wide would not see as a crime but a relief.
