Can you guys help me make a small mod list?

Essential 1. SKSE +SkyUI 2. Unofficial Patches (base, Dragonborn, Hearthfires, Dawnguard, high resolution)

Hud and Utility Mods 3. iHud 4. MoreHud 5. Categorized Favorites Menu (makes it easier to navigate your favorites) 6. A Quality World Map with Roads 7. RaceMenu

Weapons, Armors, Clothing, etc. 8. Immersive Armors 9. Immersive Weapons 10. Bandolier - Bags and Pouches 11. Winter is Coming Cloaks 12. EotW Mage Robes of Skyrim 13. aMidianBorn Book of Silence

Audio 14. Audio Overhaul for Skyrim 2

Textures and Meshes 15. SMIM - Static Mesh Improvement Mod 16. Skyrim HD (I overwrite these textures with a lot of other things, but they're great for a base, stay very close to the vanilla look, and they cover a lot that other texture replacers don't) 17. SkySight Skins 18. Realistic Water 2 19. Mod for better textures for women -- I like True Daughters of Skyrim

Magic 20. Apocalypse Magic of Skyrim 21. Forgotten Magic Redone 22. Grimoire Spell Package

Other 23. Immersive College of Winterhold - great overhaul of the mage college that is awesome if you play a mage 24. Convenient Horses -- if you ever use a horse in Skyrim, you need to use either this or Immersive Horses 25. Follower mod -- the follower system in Skyrim is terrible, so I suggest either Amazing Follower Tweaks or Extensible Follower Framework. AFT has a lot more options, but EFF is updated. 26. Interesting NPCs -- adds several NPCs to the game along with additional quests. Even if you don't like all of them, you will find at least one or two that you like, and some of them are available as followers. They have more dialogue than the average Skyrim NPC. 27. ELFX -- (main + enhancer) makes interiors darker. 28. Wearable lanterns -- works great with ELFX, and it means that when it's dark, you don't have to use one of your hands to hold a torch because you have a lantern on your waist. 29. Helgen Reborn -- of all the quest mods out there, this one is my favorite and it's completely lore friendly. 30. Smart Cast -- if you're playing a mage, Smart Cast will allow you to set conditions to automatically cast a spell like fast healing when under 30% health, etc.

This made me realize that I have around 60 mods that I consider absolutely essential to my game and that I never play without, which made coming up with this list really hard. It's over 30 since the unofficial patches take up several spots, but only if you have all the dlcs, and you really shouldn't play without them. They fix so many of the vanilla bugs.. Also, SkyUI and SKSE are damn near essential if you plan to mod your game, and SkyUI makes your inventory screen a thousand times more useful. However, if you have Dawnguard, you should also look into When Vampires Attack so you don't end up with a ton of dead townspeople.
