To get rich you need one of the following:
Concentrated investment in something and getting lucky. If that is bitcoin (dumb) or early Tesla or amazon whatever. You need concentration. Diversification protects wealth but concentration builds…and destroys it.
High income like tech or lawyer or doctor.
Entrepreneur (business owner).
Leveraged returns which are most easily achieved through real estate. Where else can you easily get 10:1 ratio where someone else pays your debt down. Real estate imo is the most guaranteed path to making money if you learn how to do it and do it for a long time. The leveraged returns are so much better than stocks historically.
Just dumb luck. Lotto, inheritance, etc.
