Not screwed, while the music store for rock band 2 and 3 are still in existence, you can’t actually access it through the game, the only way to get more songs for rock band 2 and 3 today are to go into the Xbox marketplace itself and redownload/purchase songs that way, not in the game itself. That being said the store itself for rock band 2 is being shut down as of January 2023 and you will no longer be able to purchase any songs for rock band 2 after that, I’m not certain if they’re shutting down the rock band 3 store as well but I wouldn’t be surprised if they are. With that also being said if you’re also playing rock band 4 you will need to link your account to the new owner of harmonix’s website by January 15th or you will also be locked out of all online features for rock band 4 as well, you can still link your account after the 15th you just can’t use any online features until you do, and it is free to do so
