I paid $250 for a human hair extension piece that started coming undone after wearing it twice. I had to take the "hygiene tag" off to even look at the inside. Just... tf?

Yeahhhhh... Their packaging comes along with other positive/uplifting quotes, and honestly, it made me more excited each time my orders arrived. It never annoyed me until now.

Everything else I've ordered from them was PERFECT and legitimately help me boost my sense of self and self-esteem while I was actively losing my hair from autoimmune and cancer treatments.

I purchased this halo piece after my hair became too thin for their tape-in extensions. Knowing I'd have to pin my small amount of remaining hair in a certain way to make the halo work wasn't a problem at all. I felt confident enough until it broke and unraveled the 2nd day using it.

As dumb and materialistic as it may sound, I felt so much better about myself and my health outlook before this. I cut my other expenses and saved extra for two months specifically to afford this one thing.

I can't believe I'm enjoying the $18 synthetic hair wig from Amazon more than the quarter of a thousand US dollars I spent on this two use piece of trash.
