I did like that show, but I think they’re leaning more towards lower-middle than standard middle and they just got lucky to be in a decent neighborhood. Everything else about them is a bit out of sync otherwise. I had a shitty single parent home, my mother had a super low class job, and we lived in an older apartment, but we somehow had life in order and didn’t let things go to shit as much as they did. Maybe it’s just the way they prioritized, though, plus the comedic appeal of...idk, everything being a mess or broken, lol.

Randall and Beth on the other hand, yeah, privileged as shit upper-class folk. I would kill for 1/4 of their life!
