Canadians' Real Wages Are Shrinking. Is That Why We're Falling Into An 'Endless Debt Cycle'?

I just said they have to provide that they need someone with a bachelors.

And how are you going to do that? Your example is especially bad because that is what I do, and I started while I was still in high school. There is most definitely, absolutely, no possible way you can prove you need someone with a degree in the software industry in any way, shape, or form.

In fact, both Google and EY have even conducted formal scientific research studies to determine if there was any benefit to hiring only those with degrees for software positions and they found there was none. You don't have to take my anecdotes, the science proves it for this particular industry.

I think you've just proven the fatal flaw in your plan. Everyone believes they need people with degrees, even when the science proves them wrong. Hiring is entirely an emotional endeavour at most places of business.

Your first point is just blatantly wrong.

If you are going to make statements like this, it helps to add why.
