Well, there are long term things you can do.
Get a fix sleep schedule, e.g. go to bed at 11pm and get up at 7am.
If you're in bed and can't sleep, don't stay in it longer than 15 minutes. Then get up and read a book until you're tired. Try to go back to sleep again.
Have a good sleep hygiene, meaning don't do anything in your bed but sleeping. Don't read, eat, game or do whatever else in it.
Don't sleep during the day. If you have to take a nap it shouldn't be longer than 20 minutes. Do some sports to stay awake.
You can't sleep right now? I'd probably get up, sit in a comfy chair and read for a bit. Maybe you'll be tired in 10 minutes?
