Carb intolerance, reactive hypoglycemia?

I have reactive hypoglycemia, all the stuff you describe I felt. However I don't know if that's what you're suffering from. I confirmed my reactive hypoglycemia with a 6 hour glucose tolerance test that I went out of my way to get. I had gone to a lot of doctors and did a lot of bloodwork but everything came out normal. Diabetes test after diabetes test, normal. Thyroid, normal. They said depression but this wasn't depression. I know what a major depressive episode feels like, this wasn't it.

However I kept having these fucking symptoms that kept getting worse. I've had them since I was teenager.

Then one day I came across this old old book one day and the author basically described me! His test was essentially 4 weeks of keto, which I did and it had solved all my problems. So I went off of it, and slowly I started to feel like shit again.

I basically noticed that after 4 weeks of keto I could re-introduce carbs again just not as many as I was eating before and I plan them out.

There is almost no information out there on reactive hypoglycemia and almost all doctors won't give a shit about it until it is T2.
