Maybe you guys can help me?

I have. Ive actually asked three doctors these questions, but I do not have diabetes according to their tests so they just shrug their shoulders and move on.

I think some of this may be due to the country Im getting medical care in (Japan). Doctors here are extremely dismissive and they also dont have GPs, so you need to go to specialists.

After seeing a gyno and an internist, neither of whom could help me, I went to a thyroid doctor. He found my symptoms interesting, then asked me what tests I wanted done for what conditions-- this tends to be the standard. You cant just explain your symptoms and have them order something, you need to already have an idea of what you might have or want to be tested for.

Im asking here because maybe someone has had a similar experience. Clearly this is something related to blood sugar. Maybe someone has been diagnosed in another country and so I can try to get tested for that related condition.
