A quick google search showed a lot of results. Are you a medical professional or? I'd actually never heard of this so I had to google, it's a tool for speaking with people who have diabetes. Out of all my endo visits I've never heard nor seen this but it looks more for people who cannot understand how to manage certain aspects of some types of diabetes so visuals/drawings are used--is that what you need it for? Saw a very nice one for children with T1 and how to relate certain ideas to them, so that's great. For the adult ones I just don't know, looks a bit infantalising TBH. If someone showed me a drawing of a plate with food on it, I would walk up and leave.
