Why do you think the case of Nicola Bulley has gained so much attention, but not other similar cases?

Lol I really wish people would stop using pathetic buzzwords like ‘wHiTe wOmAn sYnDrOmE’

There have been many cases where victims have been young white women who still haven’t been found or even gotten more than a few mentions in articles. There was a story about a 15 year old girl who vanished when she went for a walk across the road and heard no buzz about it whatsoever.

What makes Nicola’s case more unique is the fact that her dog was found on it’s own, her phone was left behind, there was evidence she was on a zoom call, the river itself honestly isn’t deadly which raises suspicion on it’s own etc. The public has these factors to work with and to hypothesise. Simple as. It’s rare to find a case with so much evidence left behind. That’s why it’s gotten so much coverage. Not because she’s middle class or white. In case you forgot, the UK is a predominantly white country. It’s hardly surprising, is it?

People also need to remember that women are unfortunately the main targets of foul play when out and about alone. Look at what happened to Sarah Everard ffs
