Are these comments serious? You are honestly angry that the police are catching thieves?

It is a crime of opportunity. Who do you think they steal from and rob normally? Other black people in their community. Property crimes are ridiculously high in these areas. And when you are poor, have your stuff stolen can have terrible effects on your day to day life. Do none of you ever care about the victims criminals create? All you ever do is whine about the criminals getting caught. Have any if you every been to these areas? Stores have everything behind glass, bags of chips have theft prevention clips on them. All because people like this steal stuff constantly.

This is a quality of life thing. The violence is a symptom of thousands of little factors all working together. But people are refusing to solve those little factors.
