As a non-Bosnian, I just want peace! Republika Srpska has a great deal of self'government, and I think it should stay this way so we can prevent another useless war.

The Dayton agreement is very similar to the Carrington–Cutileiro Plan, which was signed by the representatives of each ethnicity before the war in Bosnia began. But then foreign involvement prevented peace and countless lives were unecessarily lost.

Republika Srpska can set their own taxes, choose their own representatives and it's pretty much independent in exective, judicial and legislative matters.

Risking another war is just stupid. Do we want the 90s to repeat again? Fuck that.
