Claim denied due to exclusion

Thank you for your response. I do understand that. What I’m trying to figure out is if it’s possible for them to remove the exclusion if they had evidence that he doesn’t live in my household. If the policy says he’s excluded bc he lives in my house, then if I provide documentation he hasn’t lived there long before the accident, then could the exclusion be lifted? I spoke to a lawyer friend from All State insurance & he said that it’s definitely possible to lift the exclusion if they wanted to, he’s seen it been done. So what I need to know is how to get them to do so? I’ve filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner & my next step would be to contact a lawyer. In the meantime, I would like some peace of mind in knowing if there is anything I can do. I don’t want to accept their decision bc I know that they can decide to cover me if they wanted to. They likely just don’t want to bc they would be on the hook for all damages since they cover both me & the other driver.
