I typed this up a while ago but it should still work (For Next Gen)

Part 1: Night Vision Glitch (Requires 1 friend)

Put on Night VisionGo to Barber shop and sit in the chair.Have your friend get a wanted level and stand behind youEventually the police will kill you.

Once you spawn outside you will have the Night Vision Glitched on without the black mask, save this outfit at the store. (Let’s call it NVG)

Part 2: Night Vision On Any Outfit (Night Vision Goggles + Rebreather)

Build and save the outfit you want to apply glitched night vision onto. (Apply rebreather & ect.)Select the outfit you want to apply it to and then exit the counterAccess the front counter again and save this outfit. (Let’s call it NVG+R)

Part 3: Glitching Helmet onto outfit (Requires Motorcycle)

Open your inventory and scroll over the helmet you want to apply to NVG+RSet it as the default helmet (while it’s highlighted, press square)Open the interaction menu > select inventory > scroll over but do not apply NVG+RPress Down on the D-pad once to highlight glassesPress Triangle to get on the bike (Your character will then put on the default helmet)Steps 8 -10 must be done quickly and while walking into the clothing store.Once the helmet is on, Press triangle.Press up on the D-pad to highlight the NVG+R outfit and then X to apply it.Press Circle a few times to exit the interaction menuYou should have now walked up to any counter in the storeYour character will begin to take off the helmetWhile in this animation press right on the D-pad to open any buying menu

You will see your character holding the helmet in your hand. Exit the menu and the helmet will be on your head along with the NVG+R outfit. Save this outfit and you’re done.
