CMV: parents should be held accountable for the death of their child if they are not vaccinated, and another childs death if they or their child can be proven to have infected the child.

I can be held responsible if my passengers aren't wearing a seatbelt though.

You'll get a ticket, sure. You wouldn't be held liable for their injuries in the event of an accident you didn't cause.

If the child dies, it's on the parent for not even trying to keep the child safe.

I thought we were talking about legal responsibility, not moral/ethical responsibility.

Not vaccinating is more like not seatbelting and then driving 100mph on a twisty road with a limo with horrible turning radius.

I get the point you're trying to make, but this is a massive hyperbole. And I say this as someone who is 100% pro-vaccine and immunocompromised myself. The facts are already on our side; resorting to overexaggeration isn't a good look.
