I'm not confused in the slightest. We seem to be saying the exact same thing. The only difference is how you're insinuating that you don't need a lawyer to apply and I disagree strongly with that. Just because it worked for you doesn't mean it will work for everyone. If we had applied on our own, we wouldn't have known to also apply for a replacement i-94 card or the waiver for my children's disabilities. We would have been denied. I'm so happy that it worked for you and your wife, that is truly amazing and you should be very proud. In our situation however, it is not that easy considering the amount of prep-work we had to do beforehand to ensure that our application approval was successful the first time we applied. It's never a bad call to consult with a lawyer to make sure all of your ducks are in a row.
