Comcast billing me but providing no service

Thats why I made sure to never enter into a contract with them. The thing is when a company wants to make you enter a contract just my advice stay away form them. If the service they provide is good then they will not need to hold you hostage with a contract. You should just break it off and pay whatever the cancellation fee is the damage to your credit report is not worth it.

Although I had a similar issue with sprint so took to the forums to express my descent and riled up lots of people on their website who said they would join me in a class action lawsuit. After I cited to them how their data advertisement was in breach of contract.

It got so real I ended up on the phone with sprints legal team and somebody from the corporate office. They admitted they were wrong and stated they would give me well that was close I just remembered I agreed to never disclose the contents of that conversation in exchange I was told to never go on their website again and lets just say I was compensated well.

If you have the intellect and ability to legally pressure them to abide by the contract they set forth or suffer the consequences then go for it.

But to me it sounds like you want to be done with it and them so pay the termination fee and never use their service again.
