Hey can you explain more about what this feels like? I only ask because there are some days I’m not every hungry all day so I don’t eat. I drink some coffee in the morning and drink some water but I’m just not hungry at all. And then 3pm rolls around and I kinda just feel... weird. I’m not hungry at all. But I feel sluggish and tired and irritated I guess? I’m not diabetic or pre-diabetic AFAIK. Last time I was tested was when I was pregnant almost 5 years ago and I’ve lost 50lbs since and have no other health issues aside from small bouts of anxiety from time to time. I just always think to myself I need to eat something, but I don’t feel hungry. Just wondering what your experience was.
