Comcast’s customer service is so bad that it might end up undoing the TWC merger

there programming is good but the service and prices are terrible -i mean but if there customer service terrible then if they can't change that maybe they should be trouble-i mean between this and the rent check in philly thers stocks have to drop making them a better investment for a merger-why wouldn't they move away from cable-buy small wirless companies and start streaming channels and packages like netflix with hbo and cinemax and such and offer then at $7 a moth like they do on the bills they would collect more revenue as open to a wider audience-lets be realistic everything is wirless so why not use the old cables and recycle them into other products for revenue or sell to the construction industry -i mean then you have a global network relying on wireless not cable running under owned land because that affects prices repairs -i mean i know they love technology but why not just hire a good customer service company to redesign it's structure also then you only need modems and they are cheap so no charges for equip and have a contract with nintendo to stream and use as a server or build one new off like the artri game system and then offer streaming games using multi server games and show sports all over the world and begin a open university channel based on the old english one-i mean comcast reduces there costs can stream globally and is cheap packages would make more money and could them diverse into manufacturing using the junk metal even maybe building a electromagnetic freight train-to gain revenues as a shipping company-by extracting the fuel costs from a company look how much the profits grow-they could also invest in sugar farms and farming to grow the ethanol markets-reduced costs on equipment now mining or shipping can be grown and transported instate-say it can't be done look how many barrels of alcohol are produced per year-also good for enviroment as freasher air as more crops and think of the money pspent on food a year -thats all from farming

if it's customer service then they should be able to solve that or look at the HR department
