My Reverend Horton Heat reference was merely a distasteful tongue in cheek joke. I meant the literal proper definition of self righteous. But back to the OP's topic, I eat and enjoy meat and poultry, but I really do have internal conflict because I do think about the deplorable conditions ar factory farms, crowded chicken coops and stables/cages, the way they chop down the rain forest and release a bunch of co2 AND add insult to injury by replacing it with a bunch of farting cattle. I've seen the hidden camera footage of Smithfield employees slamming piglets on the ground and the adult pigs chewing on the bars because they are LITERALLY bored out of their minds. After typing all this and adjusting my perspective, I would like to formally apologize for my previous comments. I am sorry.
