OP, you shouldn’t have had admin rights in the first place. Let me explain.

The account that you read email with and the account that you resolve problems for end users should not be the same. The account you use to help others should have admin privs, not your daily driver account.

This sounds more like poor communication because they bought a tool to get you the admin rights you need. They just didn’t tell you about it or train you. Which is a problem, but you certainly understand how to research and learn all by yourself it provider told us we had 30 days to get DA and backup accounts in a pam. Imagine the sales guys face when we called and told him we need to purchase and implement this month, he knew he had us over a barrel
