Complaints mount against judge who said 'a drunk can consent' in cab sex assault case

Maybe you should send in your resume and show them all how it's done.

You're (sarcastically) arguing judicial infallibility again. We've had judges make "mistakes" in sexual assault cases before, remember? Furthermore, if you read the article carefully, you'll notice:

The judge's remarks have come under criticism, and on Thursday two legal experts called them "dangerous." One even said Lenehan is delivering a message to the public that "it's open season on incapacitated women."

Even if you are predisposed to discarding other people's opinions because they're not lawyers, surely you must pause to consider that there are legal experts out there who are highly critical of the judge's decision here.

But here there obviously wasn't evidence presented to satisfy the legal burden for criminal conviction.

I disagree. A lot of other people (including those legal experts!) also disagree and are calling for the judge to step down.
