Shortly: there is some Russian group of people, who hunt corrupt cops known for bribery. In this episode guy asks for police certification after accusing them for another attempt of bribery, cops freaks out and flees from scene, guys decide to chase them. After approximately of 2 hours of searching for the cops ,they finally find their car in particular police department, but whole police department refuses to communicate with them. After losing the hope, they decide leave the place, but after driving several kilometres from the police department, same cops chase them back and issue the guys with the fine for driving through red lights. Apparently there is 24 episodes of hunting corrupt cops, sadly there is no english subs, hope someone will add them soon, there is really some badass episodes and other videos beside hunting the corrupt cops, which are also worth some attention.
 P.S. Recently there was group of serial killers in Russia, known as GTA band. The killers used to pop random cars tires in particular road, and killing those unlucky people without any reason, the killers didn't steal anything, all they did is pop somehow random cars tyres and then ambush people. So those same people who used to hunt corrupt cops decided to organise movement to stop those serial killers from killing innocent people. Movement ends in hundreds of cars clearing the area, stoping suspected cars, soon special forces decided to help them, patrolling suspected area via the plane with special camera which costs more than the plane. Fortunately by the end special forces find the killers, the guy who organised that movement and helped finding the GTA band got diploma/award from criminal investigation department.
There is plenty badass videos which are worth attention, hope some good guys will add english subs.
