Idk what “rest of the country” you’re referring to pero our family spent the holidays in 4 different places visiting relatives. We tried to observe the rules by registering in national and local passes. We prepared documents and IDs and everything. Pero let me tell you na not one locality we passed thru or went even bothered to check our docs or vax certificates. Parang wala na rin covid sa probinsya sa totoo lang.

My brother in law na umuwi from Ireland, wala namang connections pero wala pinayagan rin lang makauwi after spending 2 days in qurantine sa Manila.

My point is people keep blaming this girl but people following quarantine and health protocols these days are RARE. Ke malakas ang connections o hindi mahina lang talaga ang enforcement.
