At 17, I was terrified at the thought of having to move out at 18 and felt helpless. Like you, I started planning for it together with mitigation plans so when the time came, it was a non event. Money (part time job), somewhere to sleep, somewhere to shower, and somewhere to store you personal effects. Keep your most valuable possessions close to you.

Certainly seek help from family and friends but if the situation is temporary, minimize your impact on their lives by keeping out of their "hair"... Don't hang around all day on their couch. Find a safe place to study (coffee shop etc), find a place to shower (gym etc), and come in and leave at a decent time. As a guest, you need to be a mouse.
