It’s simple. We were winning games by 1-0 scores for some time. Our defence was able to soak up the pressure and not concede for a long time. Gomez and VVD rock solid at the back. Then Gomez got injured and the CB rotation began. Then came the injuries. And after all this Klopp decided to loan off the only RB in the team besides TAA. Now with TAA out Milner forced to play RB the hole in midfield is being filled by whoever Klopp deems worthy from gameweek to gameweek. The chain effects clear to see. The attacks not doing much either. Salahs goals dried up apart from the penalties and the freebies against Palace. Firminos been poor especially with his passing. Manes stepped up and has salvaged points for us amidst all the poor performances by the rest. All up to Klopp to fix the mess we’re in. Still early to say but i don’t see us not dropping more points. I’d say the same about city and spurs tho. Some huge weeks coming up. Let’s see.
