I don't want to fire anyone or anything but the more i think about things the more i get angry or frustrated with Thibs. His lineups are abhorrent and his rotations are robotic. I am a Randle defender so this is clouding my judgement but...I 100% believe Thibs has failed Randle and put almost everyone on this team in a position to fail.

Can i ask a question? Randle excelled with Bullock a spot up shooter so why doesn't Grimes who does that even better than him play in the starting lineup with Bullock and not Fournier who is playing well but seems like him and Randle hate each other.

Why is Kemba still starting with Randle when we can put in a higher energy and better defender guy in IQ with Randle.

WHY HASN'T THIBS MADE ANY ADJUSTMENTS? Part of his job is to put his guys in the best positions to excel.
