Pikachu: has a super linear gameplan, recovery isn't actually that good because your hurtbox becomes a gigantic line at the end of it for no reason, pathetic range, dies easily, projectile is mostly useless, has no answer to cc, significantly worse punish game, less threatening in neutral, hard countered by basically half of top tier, etc etc

Samus: Does relatively well against Fox/Falco but loses to basically every single other relevant character, no kill setups, way more committal, awful dashdance, trash mobility, no shffl, awful grab, laughable punish game in general compared to falcon, some of the worst positional hitbox coverage in the game, etc

Yoshi: literally no oos options, awful grab, no recovery, loses basically every relevant mu except marth at least 60-40, significantly worse mobility, has to be frame-perfect with basically everything he does, less reliable horizontal KO power (no knee, uair, bair etc), can't threaten space effectively, worse punish game,

falcon: one of the strongest punish games in melee, best dashdance, can theoretically convert to a guaranteed 0-to-death off of essentially any win in neutral, amazing at making you respect his space, great kill moves, amazing mobility, beats or goes even with basically everyone below sheik on the tier list + marth, etc etc

the way you phrased them makes them sound better than falcon sure but that's because you're literally only listing their positive traits. falcon has less exploitable weaknesses than they do, and his positives are just more applicable and useful than theirs. I'll trade pikachu's shitty projectile for the best dashdance in the game literally any day lol, or djc aerials for falcon's whiff punishes
