I'm not saying it's something we should freak out about but people need to stop writing this off like it isn't a possibility lol. Like it's something people need to be realistic about.

Like they C&D every fan game in existence and actively show hostility towards the smash community. They also show active opposition towards modding their games like with project M.

You all really don't think they are above shutting down a modded online subscription service tied to one of their IPs? Like I'm not saying it's going to happen but it's certainly something we should keep in mind.

Also, I've said this a million times but legal loopholes don't mean they can't take you court for a million dollar legal battle.
