Buyer sends message after purchasing trackball mouse:

Your track ball mouse arrived without a cord to attach it to my computer. Now, how in the world is this item of any use to me without a cord? "Untested" shouldn't mean "missing essential parts." Either send me a cord or I will return the item for a full refund, including a refund for the warranty.

Here's the listing where it was stated that no cord would be included, and that I have a no return policy.

Is there anything this person can do at this point? Is he at the right for any reason? I know i could be wrong for not explicitly stating it in the title, but it was in the description and the pictures shown no cords whatsoever
