Dealership crashed my M8 Comp

Good. You made the right choice. Even though one human moron fuked it all up for you, I'm sure the dealer understood this part and that's why they wanted to help you (as humans are morons and inevitably fuk up). Had you gone the lawsuit route you would have wasted tens of thousands and lost and not had a car for years. Lawsuits generally take years. Especially against a massive corporation. And with a lawsuit they would turn their backs on you and you would lose bad. Judges are bought out. These courts have no jury, and the judges are humans with emotions, you know what that means right? It means this judge is a pathetic, jealous, emotional loser who thinks highly of himself because he's the "judge" (oh wow), and people refer to him as "your honor", and being an emotional human rather than a logical and rational entity (which ideally is what a judge should be), he would get jealous of you and no way in hell allow a common citizen to make more money than he makes suddenly by accident and be the one to hand him the judgment for 6 or 7 figures worth of money. This is just humanity for u, a bunch of greedy, selfish, morons with massive egos. If you thought a judge would punish a massive corporation that already ha billions rather than shit on a common folk who dares to win a good amount of money from a lawsuit while the judge sits there and watches his judgment benefit someone else greatly rather than him, you're sadly mistaken
