I don't think smoking out of a titanium bowl connected to a silicone tube is definitely unsafe however. A fine enough mesh filter will stop the flame from getting into the silicone, where it really doesn't do much anyway since silicone has such a high burning point. The bowl is definitely anodized metal, so it's either aluminum titanium or magnesium. Let's sincerely hope it's not magnesium... And aluminum that thin could be a health hazard if you use a really hot torch I guess, but generally is ok. Titanium is the best option here, so I'm giving OP that benefit of the doubt, not that it matters.

My point being it's not a plastic tube and it's not a bowl that's going to melt or burn, so really... Is it unsafe?
