Well biker probably wouldnt have died if he wasnt going as fast as he was. I litterally got nailed by a biker as I was trying to cross the street once. I had the crosswalk signal and this dipshit ran right through me. He fell face first and nearly died, was in a coma. His family tried sue me because he had brain damage. I had to fork over thousands in legal fees and I won the case. When you're operating a vehicle whether its a car or bike you have a responsibility to drive in a safe responsible manner if you dont and you have a collision youre liable and the consequences are all yours. I felt bad for that guy, he was severely injured he'll be disabled for life, feel for his family. Had he been driving slower or paying attention he could have hit the breaks and not only broke my wrist but he would be fine. Same goes for people parking, car doors open so bikers need to be careful, drive careful and be aware of your surroundings.
