If you look back, anyone who criticized the report in the slightest bit were seen as praising Ukraine for harming its own civilians. I had a fellow US Soldier goes as far as say I was praising human rights violations. I felt it was a report that didn’t look at the whole situation and wasn’t consisted of the overall mission of Ukraine. This was before I became absolutely critical of finding out their research was flawed and they had zero input from Ukraine’s Amnesty International. I haven’t heard of any of these people coming out of the woodwork when Russia started indiscriminately targeting Ukrainian civilians and infrastructure with guided missiles.
