You need to understand that 90% of reviewers on Fanfiction.net are edgy 12 year olds looking for wish fulfillment. Even for those that aren’t, the vast majority of reviewers have no fucking clue about what makes a good story. They are there for wish fulfillment, nothing more.

In other words, don’t use that website for review advice.

For actual advice and feedback on your story, post in a forum like this one where people focus more on writing quality than wish/plot fulfillment.

99% of fanfiction.net reviews hold zero value. The sooner you accept that, the happier you’ll be. Just disable notifications and use it as a platform for distributing content, sourcing feedback from elsewhere.
