In Florida you have to see a doctor every three months for a in person check up and prescription. That’s why I was there. The doctor can absolutely call in a prescription after a visit if your due for a refill. Coming off adderall cold turkey isn’t overtly dangerous but you will suffer withdrawal symptoms depending on your dosage. I am currently prescribed 10mg twice daily and if I stop taking it for a few days I get moody and my add symptoms come back full force. But nothing overly dangerous. Worst case you they pregnancy test you and deny you your meds you may have to go off for a week or so and then just say you lost the pregnancy or find a new doctor who you are comfortable with and can write you a new script. If your going in only for the referral I wouldn’t even bring up the adderall only that you want a GI referral. Also idk how long you have been on the meds but for the first few months I had some GI issues because of the medication it’s common.
