Those ports are universal. Easily replaceable by a multitude of means. You can rewire new ones on, replace them completely new with new wires, replace those with a new audio card and usb card then not use those ports. If those connect to an extra board and not directly to the motherboard you should contact the case manufacturer.

Need more detail to what kind of repair you specifically are trying to do to get a better answer. But seeing how you ask where to get one, you can definitely get a USB and audio port like that and rewire them, scrap them, eBay... etc. Also you could get brand new I/O ports designed with the proper connectors for a motherboard online.
