Not every drug dealer is about to stab you, rob you or cut you up, in fact they would be exceedingly few and far between comparatively. Why are you so up in arms about drugs and dealers but not expressing issue with drunks wandering the streets, guarantee you are more likely to get punched by a drunk they a dealer on the street randomly.
